individual member of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace by order of Seyyed Ali Khamenei from February 2013 until now.
He was a corporate member of this council from March 7, 2012, to December 2, 2012, as the Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
His other work experiences include the head of the Space Organization, CEO of Shiraz Electronic Industries, CEO of Iran Telecommunications Industries, and a member and spokesperson for the city of Tehran.
He is currently serving as a representative for the Tehran constituency in the Islamic Consultative Assembly.
