Mobile Communication of Iran (MCI)

MCI (Mobile Communications of Iran) is Iran’s first and largest mobile network operator and a subsidiary of the Telecommunication Company of Iran (TCI), and as one of the main internet service providers in the country it is required to implement government-mandated network controls and content restrictions that contribute to the enforcement of internet filtering and access limitations under Iran’s broader censorship regime.
